Andy is Founder and CEO of 24-7 Group and remains responsible for the direction and leadership of the business.
His career started as an electrician before moving into project and commercial leadership, with P&L responsibility for multi-million-pound projects.
He founded 24-7 in 2010 around a simple belief: build good relationships, employ good people, understand the problem and take responsibility for delivering the answer.
Since then, he has led 24-7 from an electrical engineering business into a national engineering and facilities management Group through organic growth and specialist acquisitions.
Spencer qualified as an accountant in 1999 before moving through senior finance, operational and project leadership roles.
He joined 24-7 following a career that included senior positions within Mitie and private-equity-backed businesses.
As COO, Spencer helps give a growing 24-7 the operational discipline and visibility needed to scale while protecting the speed, accountability and culture that made the business successful.
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of M&A and corporate finance experience.
Having worked both as an adviser and within engineering businesses, Adrian brings practical experience of acquisitions, management buyouts and business growth.
At 24-7, his focus is on finding businesses that add genuine capability, geography, people and relationships — and helping make sure the whole becomes stronger when they join.
