Diversification and Growth: In 2010, 24-7 Group officially commenced trading, initially focusing on small electrical works and the manufacturing of switchgear panels. Ambitions soared and reached new heights in 2011 when a significant new contract was secured with Tesco for national refurbishment projects. This marked the beginning of a journey into larger projects and partnerships with major UK building contractors, including Vinci & ISG.
Evolution and Expansion: The period from 2016 to 2019 witnessed a pivotal phase in 24-7 Group’s growth. It established in-house facilities for Facilities Management (FM) and a mechanical division, broadening it’s service offerings to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients, whilst developing a greater in-house expertise in all areas.
Acquisition of PDS. PDS (2019) Data Cabling, Fire and Access Control and CCTV/Audio Bought out of administration, PDS now contributes over £3m of turnover to the Group.
A Management Buyout (MBO) and strategic acquisitions reshaped the trajectory of 24/7 Group. The initial investors were bought out, and our current CEO emerged as the sole shareholder. Steering the Group towards aggressive growth, it was recognised what had been built before gave the business a great springboard to develop into a truly national Group of scale and ability.
Acquisition of Haywood and Jackson Ltd Specialising in Steel Fabrication, boasts a £4 million turnover and operates in the Rail, Utilities, Petro-chemical and retail sectors.
Acquisition of J W Jones & Son Experts in Renewable Energy which facilitated in house capability for EV/PV and Net Zero work
