A message from Andy
Today marks a significant milestone for 24-7 Group, and I wanted you to hear the news directly from me.
SAUTER has become the majority shareholder in 24-7 Group. It’s an exciting step forward, and the most important point is simple:
24-7 Group remains 24-7 Group.
We will continue as a distinct operating group within SAUTER, with our own identity, leadership and customer relationships. The same people, the same contracts and the same responsibility for delivering what we said we would.
I remain Chief Executive and a shareholder in the business.
When I started 24-7 Group in 2010, I had an idea of what I wanted to build. Sixteen years later, we’ve created something I’m immensely proud of, thanks to the extraordinary people in our business and the customers who’ve put their trust in us.
SAUTER has invested because they believe in what we’ve built and what we can achieve together. We keep the culture and accountability that have made us successful, while gaining access to greater expertise, technology and opportunities.
SAUTER brings more than a century of expertise in building automation, controls, technology and technical facility management, alongside an established international presence.
There’s a natural fit in how we think about buildings, engineering and long-term customer relationships. We have complementary strengths, and plenty to learn from each other. For our customers, it’s the same commitment and the same determination to do a great job, now backed by wider capability. I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, but I genuinely believe the most exciting part of our story is still ahead of us.
