12th December 2025 — 24-7 Group today announced the acquisition of The LEETON Group, a respected engineering and facilities services provider based in Peterborough. The acquisition forms part of 24-7 Group’s continued expansion across the UK and enhances its already significant multi-disciplinary capability across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, interior projects, and facilities management.

Established in 1978, The LEETON Group  (consisting of Leeton Building Services Ltd, Leeton Industrial Ltd & Leeton Electrical Ltd) has built a strong reputation for professionalism, technical expertise, and long-standing client relationships across the industrial and commercial sectors.

THE LEETON Group will continue to operate under the LEETON brand name for the foreseeable future. This approach allows:
